Getting Your Groove Back – Life Balance Series – Step 4

by on Oct.29, 2008, under Getting Your Groove Back

Today we are going to focus on what makes you tick.

My favorite response to people when they ask me how I am is “I’m living a dream and you”?

I giggle every time the words pass through my lips.

It’s amazing how people respond. This fun and simple statement often changes the way people think about their own situation.

One of the greatest things you can do is continue to create and dream and build the life you want and deserve.

The Law of Attraction is real.

Your life can be everything you want it to be, if you know what you want.

When was the last time you sat down and figured out what makes you tick?

Take some time this week to answer the following questions:

Groovy Action Plan

  • What have you always wanted to accomplish?
  • Are you still curious to learn more about who you are?
  • Have you “settled” for what is comfortable and familiar?
  • Describe a time when your life was in perfect alignment.

You are invited to share your answers with me and schedule a
complimentary laser coaching session. Shall we begin creating a luscious
life based on what makes you tick?

Sound intriguing?

Groovy Play Shop Reminder

Wagner Falls By Tom Haxby

I hope this post finds you happy, healthy and at peace on this perfectly blustery October day.

My husband Tom and I just got back from time away in Munising & Marquette. We enjoyed a full weekend of relaxation, exploration, scrumptious meals and buckets full of natural abundance in the upper peninsula.

Not to mention getting ourselves on the road to NOWHERE – AKA the longest woodland detour EVER, while en route from Munising to the shores of Grand Marais.

Tom was driving little silver through all kinds of mud rally like madness. I can only imagine how much fun he would have had if I were not in the car.

Ahem … H55 is NOT finished yet.

Mind Transfer …

Consider this a quick reminder about the Getting Your groove Back Play Shop next month.

I hope you can join me for this glorious day of yoga, meditation and creative expression.

Play Shop reservations are filling up fast.

If you are on the fence, take action soon and grab one of the last 4 reservations!
