    Okay Shann…I am teary from laughing so hard. This is how the last two minutes of my life went…here are teh thoughts in my head.
    “I want a cookie”
    “I should not have a cookie. I said I was giving up sugar.”
    “but I looooove chocolate like it is my best friend”
    And then WAH-BAM! I read your opening lines about the Skinny on Willpower. I am sold. Thank you for saving me from the cookie.
    It must be a powerful book, I haven’t even read it and it is already working!
