If I had a nickel for every time I was asked, “Why would anybody hire a Life Coach?” I would have a lot of nickels.
Here are 7 Excellent Reasons to hire a professional life coach:
1. You want to get to “the next level” in your business or personal life.
2. You see the value of having a trusted “sounding board.”
3. You want to prioritize and achieve the most important goals for your life or career.
4. You want greater fulfillment and enjoyment out of life.
5. You want to communicate more effectively.
6. You want to set and achieve goals in a timely fashion.
7. You want feedback about your performance that is totally honest and insightful.

Well said, Shann. Sometimes we fall short in our own efforts due to our limited perception. Life is busy, and our self review process can miss things periodically. A coach, having a detached, objective perspective can be very helpful in bringing to your attention things you have missed or have not seen completely. Good coaches simply help you refine your efforts to make them closer to optimal efforts.
Accountability, and feed back from a good coach, periodically, is instrumental in all phases of life to get our best effort from ourselves. Ultimately our efforts in life define us, and satisfy our desire for happiness, and contentment.

Shann:
I agree also. I think we tend not to use a life coach because of the accountability factor. We don’t want ourselves being accountable. Yet it is exactly what we need.
I have to say that my business nor my life would be thriving as they are now if it weren’t, in part, for my coach. She has been a sounding board, but more importantly, has held me accountable for the actions I decide to choose for my life. I appreciate that and wouldn’t do without her on my team!

What can possibly one add to that list, pretty much covered all the major points.
Ah yes, one more thing, remember success is not by chance, it’s by choice!
